A NEW DIVISION THAT PROMISES TO DELIVER EXCELLENCE IN PREPAID PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Heading up the division is David Carr who brings to the foray a wealth of industry experience. David has been in the finance industry for over 17 years and was previously Head of New Business with Altair Financial Services where he defined and developed a number of well known card programs.
